親戚想來美上大學

他tofel 104, SAT 考了兩次， 1100 + 1170， GPA 3.9

這種情況可能在那種學校拿到獎學金嗎？或國際生如何貸款？因為他家中產沒富裕錢，他又決心來美國上學。說因為數學不好，在中國恐怕也考不到什麽好學校。

請有經驗的網友推薦學校或網站。
