Dear Sir/ Madam, 

 

Thank you for your interest in visiting the People's Republic of China. For ordinary visa application, each case is independent and the Chinese Consulate in London will require various supporting documents from the applicant. Your visa application is currently on hold as the current policy requires additional documents.

 

We have received you invitation; nevertheless, you invitation does not fufill the requirements based on our current policy. Please

provide the new invitation that includes ALL of the following personal details:

 

                -               Your FULL NAME, Gender and Date of birth of the invitee

                -               Your intended Entry and Exit dates to China

                -               Your purpose of visit to China

                -               Your intended destination(s) in China

                -               Your source of financial support for your trip to China

                -               Your relationship with the inviter

                -               Name, address and contact telephone number of the inviter

                -               Signed and dated by the inviter

                -               A photocopy of inviter’s passport and Chinese residence permit (i.e. Passport, work permit, residence permit, etc)

 

Please note that tourist visa will usually be single or double entry. If you need to apply for a double entry visa, you will need to provide either return flights and hotels for both entries or a double entry visa is stated as requirement in your invitation.

 

If you wish the Visa Centre to process your application, please send the required document(s ) within 5 working days. Please put the name of the applicant as the subject of the email and send to [e-mail] if you wish to provide the documents via email (if applicable), or post the required documents to 12 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DU and write the name of the applicant(s ) at the back of the envelope. Please note that all the original document(s ) will not be returned unless a photocopied document(s ) is also provided. If the Visa Centre has not received any supporting document(s ) from the applicant, the applicant will be considered as unsuccessful application and will be returned to you.

This is a guideline for general visa applications and the Chinese Consulate in London remains the rights to request further information from you.
