先看第二個吧，從你現在的狀況到心理谘詢好像距離很遠哪。要成為一個谘詢師首先要taking courses, pass exams, be counseled, be analysed, go through monitored counseling, and then get the certificate before you can finally become a counselor yourself. 這要好幾年的功夫呢。而且你以前學的做的相關也不大。you may get bored before you get the certificate.
對第一個選擇你說不甘心，理解。
何不兩者合一？選一個human resource management psychology, or management pstchology, or busuness psychology，但是呢讀part time，同事找個工作full time or part time.
好處是
1. give yourself time to learn UK coperate culture and social environment
2. get some UK working experience
3. get a relevant degree
Having said all these, I think it'd better to think carefully what you want to do in your life and then work on it, than find a job for the sake of it and spend rest of your life thinking what ifs.
