In our day certain economic truths have become accepted as self-evidence.

Under which a new basis of security and prosperity can be established for all, regardless of station or race or creed:

Among these are：
The right to a useful and remunerative job;
獲得有益並有報酬的工作的權利；
The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing the next generation;
賺取工資負擔充足的食物、衣服，養育下一代的權利；
The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products and a return which will give him and his family a decent living;
所有農場主產出並出售其產品，其盈利能讓他和他的家庭過上應得的生活的權利；
The right of every businessman large and small to trade in an atmosphere of freedom, freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;
所有商人無論大小在自由氛圍內交易的權利，脫離國內外寡頭的不公平競爭和控製；
The right of every family to a decent home;
每個家庭得到應有住房的權利；
The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;

The right to adequate protection from economic fears of old age, sickness, accidents and the unemployment;
得到保護不受到老年、疾病、事故、失業的威脅的權利；
The right to a good education.
獲得良好教育的權利。
All of these rights spell security.

And after this war is won, we must prepare to be forward in the implementation of these rights, to new goals of human happiness and wellbeing.

For unless there is security here at home, there cannot be lasting peace in the world.

英國當前，製造業被搬到了亞洲，大量的年輕人沒有工作，憤怒挫折感對生活的失望交織在一起，政府低估了這股暗流的力量，削減了幫助青少年就業的預算，使他們更覺得無助。一個穩定的社會是建立在 A second bill of right 第二權利法案的基礎上的，怎麽辦？如果政府 以為把這些人送進監獄就可以解決問題，這個未免too simple too naive.

我也想不出來什麽法子，被搬到亞洲的產業可能會被搬回來一些，或發展新興工業？
