You should concentrate on English, i.e. phonics/reading, spelling and writing.

From my experience, most children at the beginning of Year 2 should be able to read some simple books (e.g. a few lines each page).  Most children should be able to write simple imaginary story or news (e.g. what they do in a party, during the weekend etc.)

Phonics is basic for reading, and reading is very important in English school.  Math is simple ..
