是1.9倍，不是tripled，另外你沒有算匯率因素，實際隻有1.2倍

是1.9倍吧，

2001年人民幣英鎊匯率13 

2010年匯率10 折算 2010 house index 隻有172 所以房價上漲相對人民幣來說隻有1.2倍

10年房價相對國內資產隻漲1.2倍太低了吧，賣水果都比這個回報大。

黃金是 $300 -> $1300  4.3倍  這個是硬碰硬的cash
