我們這裏這類房很少,短短2天時間已有十撥人去看了房子,我現在想出價,但是那個七天的public讓我舉棋不定。而且直到exchange contract,任何人願出高價,bank會變卦。
有同學操作過這類事嗎?請指教

這隻能是一個PRE-AGREEMENT,畢竟銀行要知道是什麽房子,還要SURVEY,才會批貸款,需要時間。
