純好奇，問個關於Speed Camera的問題

我住的這兒村兒裏沒有那種黃色的Speed Camera，但是有兩個上麵有探測器，可以探出你的時速，然後顯示在中間的圓的顯示盤的那種儀器，不過不知道叫做什麽。比如說你的時速是35，它就會顯示35，外麵一個紅圈，如果你的時速降下來到28了，它就顯示28加綠圈，還有一個ThankYou字樣。

我想問一下這個的英文叫什麽啊？它算是Speed Camera一種嗎？拍照的不？
