有沒有懂公司注冊地址的朋友，來指點一下？

朋友想要和俺合夥開個Ltd公司，但是因為他沒有固定地址，想把地址注冊到我家。請問這樣有什麽問題吧？或者對雙方有什麽利害嗎？
