visa fees for canada temporary residence

I am trying to apply for temporary visa for canada with my wife. However, I am sure about the fees. I looked at the website and am not clear. It indictes that inividual-single entry is £50. I will make application with spouse in one application. Is £50 for per application form or per person? I wonder someone who visited canada in the past could advise me?
