需要什麽證書才能做 tax agent？

我初到英國，倍感生活的壓力，生存的艱辛。 我有澳洲會記工作經驗，作過公司的vat和 fbt， 想轉行做 tax agent， 就是做個人退稅，small business tax 的那種。在網上google 不到信息，請問前輩我需要考什麽試， 拿到什麽證書才能成為 tax agent?
