We (family of 4) traveled to Malaga by air, lived in a
hotel there and rent a car to Gibraltar. Quite easy.
Spirit, Wine and cosmetic brand were so cheap in Gibraltar
because of very low tax but there are quota as how much
you can bring back to Spain. Good luck!
