There isn't any appeal form. If this is the first time

If this is the first time you been rejected. You only need to re submmit again with sufficient document. Then you don't need to do anything.
If this is not the first time and you need a solicitor. There are some goverment support solicitors free to help. Search on google 'Law Centre' for immigration law near you. They should be able to help.
