Usually coolish, though sometimes I will make a warm water rinse with salt in it in a cup and use that to brush and rinse.

yes. something in between, not too hot and not too cold. its especially good if uve got sensitive teeth.

Cold water in the sink.... warm water if I'm brushing in the shower, cant be helped.

My fiance thinks its disgusting to use warm water, I have to admit that it isnt as refreshing as cold water but if you're in a hurry.....
