霍霍,淪為家庭主婦,跟POPO學會一菜------GOULASH最早源於匈牙利,在布拉格吃過一次,感覺還可以,後來才知道英國也挺POP。感覺有點象東北的亂燉 料: Stewing steak cut into cubes seasoned flour veg oil onions, finely chopped green pepper, de-seeded and chopped carrot, peeled and chopped paprika 超市 都 有的賣小瓶的那種 tomato puree pinch of grated nutmeg mixed herbs salt and freshly ground black pepper beef stock can of tomatoes, roughly chopped red wine(optional) worcestershire sauce 方法: toss the meat in seasoned flour. heat the oil in a pan and fry onions, pepper, carrot and celery until soft. add mean and fry until browned. add the paprika. tomato puree, nutmeg, mixed herbs, and seasoning and cook for a further 2mins. add stock, tomatoes, red wine and worcestershire sauce. bring to a simmer. tranfer all the ingredients into the ceramic pot and place the pot into the slow cooker base. place the lid onto the slow cooker. cook for approximatly 5-7mins. 去年家裏蘋果樹結了30多個果,又跟POPO學了APPLY PIE,有感興趣的,我有空貼上來。
