If prepare back to China, then get somewhere which is better knwn in China. If want to learn something useful, then will depends on what she/he wants to do in the future. 'Marketing' is the marketing for all U's in this country to make money and wast of time to students (including UK students). Most of local students could get a proper job with this subject.
For students from China, get to understand with UK culture maybe useful when go back to China. Can also improve English. One year could not learn too much from here.
