想買satellite receiver top box?

剛搬家,發現牆上有dish,有cable,打算買個top box,但不知該買哪個牌子,請推薦幾個!
我在ebay上看到有人賣SKY Receiver Box,我有點迷惑,如果我沒有sky card,即使買他的box,我也不能用呀???
哪位明白的,請指點一二,這裏先謝謝了!!!
