問個理財問題：有人用stocks and shares ISA 帳戶買過自選的股票嗎？

除了帳戶的管理年費外，每次買賣要不要交手續費？

我看到Halifax的Self-select stocks and shares ISA說帳麵資金要交20%的利息稅，奇怪ISA是免稅的帳戶，怎麽還交利息稅呀？
