那父母有了永居的中國使館不給半護照，那寶寶不是回不了國了？

還是可以半中國旅行證？爸爸媽媽帶寶寶回國探親會不會在海關把寶寶攔下？這個也太不人道了，難怪人說中國人沒有人權。
