I am invloving a case for buying a property. however, it is not very succesful because of agent. agent tries to sell that property to another investment gay. but I did know there is a rule about market prices. if the current situation will follow this rule, the housing price will back the level of last recession in 1990. If this rule is broken, it is good time to buy in 2009/2010.
