We could've used more information. Was this a village of German fifth-columnists living in the Sanok region of Poland? The architecture looks traditional Polish; the costumes look Polish. And if the villagers were German, why the antagonism? The dubbing could've been better. Be interesting to see a Polish version with subtitles.
