I can go to anywhere on the east coast without taking a flight. And I hate air traveling. So there you go, my favorite places are north Virginia, north Florida, because I'm right in the middle of them. Five hours each way. Africa? no way. What do I have to do with Africa? Sounds hazardous.
Israel is the only place that I'm still interested in going to outside of U.S. Being Jewish, it's the place on the bucket list. And of course the food is what Jews would like to have, kosher, safe. And China? It has never been on my list for the last 20 years, and it never will be. There's not one single reason that makes me want to go over there. I would say it's a pretty scary thing. I have no idea how to navigate in China and the political atmosphere isn't nice for foreign nationals. I am not a Chinese citizen so it poses a lot of problems. There's very few people that I still know over there and they are pretty old. My aunt, 83, my mother, 81. I don't want to bother them anymore with my presence. And what makes you want to get there? Idk. You'd better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere than in China.
