我想這裏沒有人會質疑 Rick Steves 是歐洲旅行的權威人物之一......  I doubt anyone here would know more than Rick Steves on various topics on Travelling in Europe...

希望這會停止無意義的無休止的爭論

Quoting Rick's words in the article

"tips are considered a small "bonus" — to reward great service or for simplicity in rounding the total bill to a convenient number."

很高興讀到 Rick Steves 也同意 Rounding Up,  but this suggestion 在這裏遭到某人的嚴厲批評。
