Anyway, AC's Signature Class definitely has better beverages than the US3.
However, AC is not the only North America airlines have lie flat bed in biz class. UA has Polaris and AA also has its own lie flat called Flagship . UA's Polaris while already has some years now it is still comfortable. Polaris lounges are at the same level as AS's Singature Suite, in my experiences.

What really shocked me was our last trip AMS-IAH in UA Polaris, the foods actually were Very Good - a panfried Halibut that was done just right. Unfortunately the wines were Undrinkable! Both UA and AA onboard alcoholic beverages are of poor quality! I haven't taken DL's Delta One for a long long long time. No idea about them.
