Last Dec 我們在 Renaissance LHR for our predeparture night，BA 用這家酒店安置因天氣問題而錯過轉機的乘客。 由於 LHR 的大霧，那天很多很多乘客 miss connection。Hotel open a special desk to handle them.  Even at late night pass 11pm there were still BA passengers coming in.
