Debit card, 全球任何 ATM 支持 Visa 的 都可以取當地 現金 匯率是 Visa 當天 的 multimillionaire transaction mean rate.  沒有任何換錢的地方可以 beat 這個 rate 的 除非黑市渠道 （在有些南美國家可能需要用這種）

Rate 適用於 both debit and credit card.  

ATM fee 是 100% reimbursed. Fido 是 post transaction 同時 post ATM fee refund.  Schwab 是每月月頭數天內 上月的 fee refund.  它們的 systems 非常準確 即使你的 receipt 沒有列出費用隻有 lump sum amount of the transaction incl the fee, 銀行來往的係統分得出來 從未有錯。

有了這兩個卡 隨便取 完全不用特別找 也不用擔心費用。好幾年前我們曾經在 伊斯坦布爾 下郵輪 需要十來個 裏拉買軽軌票去機場，在馬路對麵的 ATM, 取了最少麵額的 二十裏拉，過回馬路在報攤上給已經有的 伊斯坦布爾的交通卡充值，用這個坐軽軌去機場 飛往維也納。

注意事項 小心看 ATM scree 的選項 千萬記得不要選 conversion to USD，那會給坑 7% 以上的 DCC fee Dynamic Currency Conversion.

DCC 在用信用卡消費時也常常出現 跟收銀的講清 use local currency, 或者幹脆 說 local currency 的名稱。在英文不太通的時候 這個方法佷管用。

租車合同一定要 delete 那個 clause 說是 你被告知 並同意 費用會被 bill in card's currency.  這個和額外的保險一様 很多時是 system default. It is up to you to catch that and have the agent collect it.  

DCC 費用可以和銀行 dispute, Visa and Mastercard 都有特定的 dispute code 處理這個。

相信美國的朋友全都知道美國有很多 credit cards 是0% Frreign Transaction Fee.  無年費的也有。

去外麵旅行 最好帶上 Visa, MC, AMEX, 和 Fido / Schwab 的 debit card.  基本不用帶多少現金 除了一些隻能用現金 還可能隻是美元或者歐元的地方了例如一些國家的落地簽證 。
