我覚booking 就夠用了 Genius 有 10 到 20% 的折扣。客戶服務好。好像前麵有位說 ，東歐Owner 不能 成功 charge 他的信用卡但 Chase 沒有 records 並不很了解 International transaction sometimes block transactions from sensitive countries. 那個大概率是 Verified by Visa 的 Visa network issue. 他的問題找 Booking.com 客服可以解決。 如果因為這個而怪 owner 又怪 booking 所以永不再用 booking.com 隻能說是很無知. 因為這個很可能不是 owner 的問題 owner 已經試了幾天 又通知了客人。 為什麽他一不 try another card? 二不通知 Booking 呢? Booking 上是可以 change guarantee card 的。
Verified by Visa 連 我的British Airways 的 transaction 都 failed 過，你估 英航特意來騙你嗎？ 老實說每次我在網上付 foreign transaction 時看那個 stupid Verified by Visa 的 circle 在轉嗬轉的 我都擔心地看著 直至出來一個 確認號碼。幾年前曾經需要 Chase Verified by Visa 的 Liason rep 和 Merchant and myself 三方 conference call 才成功 charge 了那個 Chase card.
Priceline 做得最對的事情就是買了 Booking, 然後仍是由 Booking 自己的 management 在經營。總部仍是在阿姆斯特丹。客服在英國，歐洲，加拿大。反正我沒有碰過在印度 菲律賓的。 IHG 的就在菲律賓多年了。不過它家的算是靠譜的。
