I saved this from the blog of a well-travelled cyber contact's wife on their trips.
https://littletravelersnotebook.com/perito-moreno-glacier/
It was on a 2016 trip so info there obviously isn't current but the drive, the NP etc should stay pretty much the same.
At that time I was thinking about an "easy" way to visit Patagonia. Another cyberfriend told me if we did not intend to hike, just do the drive to tne NP. He said unless you were avid hiker or very enthusiastic photographer, there was no need to do much more than that. He did warn about how to pick the route on driving, on the gas station, or lack of gas station issue.
The way I learned about this blog was when I asked the husband some questions on Flyertalk, he directed me to his wife's little blog. I really like the littletravers notebook blog. Too bad she wrote very infrequently. The husband was (in)famous on Flyertalk AA forum in his all out effort to secure CX F class awards between JFK and HKG back in the good old days. The extreme measures he went, was hilarious and truly amazing.
