周六，9/2。沒有秋高氣爽，多雲但無雨。途徑本旮遝的老同學一大早抵達寒舍，珍惜大好時光，臨時當起司機兼導遊，先出去晃一圈再回來做晚飯。
同學乃工科教授，公子係劍橋高才，帶他們去看退休的核潛艇，對路。
