Questions about visiting New Orleans in March Break

大家好，我想問一下兩個大人帶著一個快四歲的男孩去New Orleans四天，初步計劃晚上11點多飛到New Orleans機場先在機場附近住下，第二天進城在downtown的hotel住。請問如果想去plantation我應該考慮租車嗎？如果不租車如何寄存行李？在安全上有沒有什麽要注意的？謝謝
