以上就是說，不光是美國公民，永久居留者，甚至所有身在美國的人（無論什麽身份）都不得隨便去古巴。如果去了，而且不幸被抓到，對非移民簽證者，美國政府可能會取消他的簽證，然後遣送回原住國，就是You're a visitor to the US on a visa. If they catch you and want to, they can revoke your visa and send you home, and you have no appeal. 

所以我說，在政府沒有明確放開限製之前，你們誰都不要冒險前往。
