our itinerary for your reference:

Day 1: Arriving at Salt Lake City and driving to Moab from the Airport
Day 2: Arches NP
Day 3: Canyonland NP (Islands In the sky section) and caught sunset at Dead Horse Point at that State park - The Mesa Arch in Canyonland is a great place to watch sunrise, but we could not get up that early.
Day 4: Driving from Moab to Bryce and passed through Capital Reef NP and Dixon National Forest
Day 5: Bryce Canyon NP
Day 6: Driving to Zion NP
Day 7: Zion NP
Day 8: Lower Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell
Day 9: Zion NP
Day 10: Driving back to Salt Lake City airport and fly home

If you don't have much time, you can skip Capital Reef NP. But Bryce and Arches and Antelope Canyon are must-see, in my opinion. Hope this helps.
