you missed up Q1 & Q2 visa

Q 1 visa needs 申請人與邀請人之間的家庭成員親屬關係（配偶、父母、子女、子女的配偶、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孫子女、外孫子女以及配偶的父母）證明（結婚證、出生證、公安派出所出具的親屬關係證明或親屬關係公證書等）複印件。 Q2 does not needs this. I have just checked the web site of Chinese Embassy in Washington DC.
