問個有關海南航空的問題

如果想西雅圖到北京的單程機票。想定海航的話900。如果訂西雅圖到西安。票價是600。但是那飛機其實是先到北京再飛西安的。能訂到西安的票然後在北京下飛機嗎?行李在北京出關還是西安出關?
