Question on incentive Hawaii package with timeshare tour

I got a mail from Hyatt giving me good price of  Hawaii package, it states clearly that we have to attend a timeshare tour in order to get the price. I want to know if anyone has such experience before. I don't want to buy the timeshare at all but I want to get the package. Any catch?
