There are many Novotels in Paris and all over France. It is part of the Accor group and is a trusted brand normally 4*. Rooms are good size, have a double bed and a sofa bed. Two children under 16 can stay in the same room without extra charge, and have breakfast with parents for free. If you book early enough and search for a deal, you should be able to book a room with BF for about ~150 euros.
