請教: Mexico - Playa Del Carmen All-inclusive recommendation, etc

Will be staying in PDC for a week (6 nights):
booked 3 nights in Riu Palace, expensive thought; was wondering if there other good all-inclusive ones.
Appreciate your hotel recommendations as well as the places for day trip.
