Grand Canyon rim-to-rim

計劃今年十月 walk rim-to-rim at Grand Canyon, plan to stay at bottom of the Canyon for 2 or 3-nights, 請教走過rim-to-rim 的大俠，anything fun to do at the bottom, can we do a whitewater rafting in Colorado river?

Any pointers/suggestions are greatly appreciated!
