以上圖表把土國人按收入分為5組,每組占人口20%。第一組最窮,第五組最富。從表上看,肉類的消費結構為(以平均數來說)禽肉第一,紅肉第二,魚肉第三,其他肉類第4.這才是比較合理的土人肉類消費結構。
