transfered at Seoul airport

I will take Asiana airline plane from China back to LA in early November, and will transfer at Seoul airport.  I will have about 8 hours in Seoul.  Anybody know where I can go.  Any place to go or interesting things to do there?  Should I stay there for one night?  Thank you!!
