Highly recommended. Tickets could be sold out, due to high season or festivals

2. 印加古道徒步需提前訂好: absolutely yes

3. 其他tour

Amazon - yes, would be a good idea. Also depends on which part of Amazon rainforest you are going

 - lake Titicaca: 不用事先定; go to the Puno harbor and buy tickets from locals.  Much cheaper than organized tour
