They will nicely and politely (although English is poor) show you how to purchase the ticket for the bus/train bound to Tokyo. It takes around 1 hr for one way. The bus/train is runinng very often from very early morning to mid-might. Very convenient.
The Japanese people are very good at running bus and train. Every run is very punctual, down to minute, and the timetables are shown clearly in the stop/station.
