I should admit that I did less homework. When I replied you this afternoon, I thought I should check the info about capital reef first but too lazy to do so. Only wrote what I thought so. I went to Utah 4 times but always missed Capital Reef. It’s strange. I went to Redwood NP this March and tried to find the WHS plate somewhere in the Park. The Only plate I found is showed in the picture. Every time I visited National Park there are two things I must do: First Stop at the entrance, take picture of Park Name Board, Second stamp on my national park passport. I seldom find the sign of WHS in the park. This is not like in China. Over there it will be first thing first to tell you. I also put a WHS sign at Moreno Glacier to compare how US think the value of WHS.
