Greetings from Bahamas

We came to The Bahamas because my wife has to work in The Bahamas for six weeks. We are very lucky for being able to stay in the luxurious Harborside Resort in Paradise Island. Our one-bedroom villa is equipped with a full kitchen with fantastic view from the bedroom. There are shuttle buses about very 5 minutes to bring you to almost everywhere in Paradise Island until 2:00am. Paradise Island is like a paradise. It is packed with fun for families. We have full privileges at Atlantis, including access to their huge aquarium with 11 million gallons of water which is the largest manmade marine habitat, all kinds of water slide, lazy river ride, kids splashing pool, and other luxurious pools. There are two movies every evening at Atlantis Theater for free. Atlantis Kids Club is also wonderful. Our family enjoyed it very much and雨婷really loved it. Too bad our son is only three months old and will not remember anything… Let me include some basic information about The Bahamas for your reference: The Bahamas gained independence from Great Britain on July 10, 1973. Today, The Bahamas is a top holiday destination, with a subtropical climate and – according to astronauts--the clearest waters in the Caribbean. Starting 60 miles off the coast of South Florida and stretching as far south as Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas has over 700 islands, about 30 of which have permanent settlements. Set in the most beautiful, crystal blue waters, these islands share a rich history and culture. Originally called “baja mar”, for the Spanish term meaning shallow waters or sea, the name “Bahamas” effectively means “The Island of the Shallow Sea.” By far the most alluring features of The Bahamas are its sparkling turquoise waters and powder-white beaches stretching for miles. We have been in Florida. I would say that the beaches and pools in the Bahamas are the best I’ve ever seen. If you are considering a vacation, we would strongly recommend The Bahamas to you.
