I don't know about you. When I take a photo

I don't think how other people would respond to it. I focus on how I want it to be. That's the point. You are interpreting it differently. That being said, for me, I don't post photos or write stories to seek other people's approval. It's more of a share of experience at best. If your viewers like the photos, great, if not, listen them out why. For people like Carnival they need to know what makes a good photo before they are swamped by the plethora of opinions (and tricks).

Now the bricks. Which one, why, how?
