Be careful. If the tour boat docks at any Canadian port that could allow people to board the boat from Canada, even if you stay on the boat, you may be asked to show your valid passport and I-20 when you return to the US port. That part of the border used to be an easy one. Not now.

Why don't you get a Canadian visa?
