Second choice. I had said many times in this forum. He need to ask for a lawyer to help him to get the sentence less than one year. Otherwise, he will be trouble. Because immigration law says one year sentence will be not allowed to be America citizen. I hate people to do shoplifting, it lets others to look down us.
Anyway, I hope he learn a lesson from that. By the way, he could not be cleaned within 5 years. Within five years, if he will not violate any law, he will be ok.
