剛剛跟律師談過

谘詢了幾個律師，好像他們的話差不多，他們建議我申請有罪，法官會給我最多一年的probation,然後一些罰款。一年之後如果一切都沒事的話，case will be dismissed and as if nothing happened, all the records will be disappeared.這個叫什麽“detertion"?
一個律師說如果我剛開始就申請無罪，會有trial，但如果法官最後判有罪，就不會再給我“detertion",那時候records就不能取消了。我不知道他說的對不對？
