我十幾年前在法國旅遊聖地尼斯住了幾個星期，感覺就它像個露天大廁所

0. 在市內公園裏，人們公開小便。

1. 滿街都是狗屎，早上居民用自來水衝，水都流向了海邊的Beach，

2.  城市裏的大部分人口是非洲國家和東歐的前法國地區的移民，

3. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat 半島這樣美的地方竟然海灘上到處是塑料瓶和其它垃圾，無人打掃。

4. 空氣潮熱，悶的不舒服。

整個感覺是法國市政管理能力太差。
