I don't want to eat my food together with another person. I think Chinese people value eating too much.
Food is what keeps you alive and preferrably healthy, and that's it. You don't need to make this process a priority or
overcomplicated. Get it done and go on with the rest of your life, that's how I think about food.
As long as I don't feel hungry and my digestive system welcomes the food, it's good. No more, no less.
